What Data Can Be Deleted?

Note: For client project data (e.g., datasets used in Data Engineering, Document Processing, AI model training, or web scraping projects), deletion is governed by the specific Service Agreement. We act as a data processor in such cases and will delete or return data as per the agreement and applicable law.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data:

  1. Send an email to info@nexgendataminds.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with the data
    • Phone number (if applicable)
    • Description of the data you want deleted
    • Any relevant project reference (if applicable)

We will verify your identity before processing the request.

Response Time

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion (where possible) within 30 days, as per applicable data protection laws (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act).

Some data may be retained if required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

What Happens After Deletion?

Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. We will confirm the completion of your request via email.
